At Bincom Dev Center, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Officer who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to support the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of marketing associates, as well as a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Additionally, they will be responsible for analyzing marketing data to identify trends and insights, and developing strategies to improve marketing ROI.

At least 1 to 2 years’ proven experience in product/brand marketing including but not limited to digital marketing and new business development.

Responsibilities:
• Preparing, planning, and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
• Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company’s internal marketing team to see them executed.
• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
• Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
• Developing and implementing an internal marketing program.
• Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.

Requirements of the role
• Previous experience in a similar marketing role.
• Digital marketing skills with demonstrable evidence of previous achievements.
• Ideally, a degree in marketing although not essential, or proof of training in related fields.
• Strong and confident communicator.
• Excellent copywriting skills and experience.
• Design skills including graphics and web design, and short video clips creation using basic tools available online
